Maria van Caloen's cell restored

Maria van Caloen (1848-1925), the eldest daughter of Charles and Savina de Gourcy Serainchamps, entered the Carmelite order in 1870. From her monastery in Brussels she sent a model of her monastery cell to her family a Loppem. This special memento has always been preserved in the chapel and was recently restored.
